While The Joker is, well, The Joker, the image doesn't really show him as a hanging judge. I suggest Judge Julius Hangman◊ from the video for Sammy Hagar's "I Can't Drive 55".

The suggestion is marginally better than the current...wouldn't mind seeing other options.

I think I prefer this alternative shot of OP.
