I also favor the 4 panel version.
4 panels works just as well as 6; I just think 17.2 is unnecessarily large when stacked vertically.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"
The panels in 17.2 are too wide to stack them 2x2.
Am I the only one content to wait for a kickass image?
Admittedly, I'm slightly more partial to 17.1 because having one panel in six (16.7% of the image) illustrates the "moment" aspect of this trope slightly better than one panel in four (25% of the image). It just further emphasizes that this one moment is very brief and not like the rest of the show.

41 works but is kinda clunky, and Incredibly Lame Pun isn't the right pothole since that requires an in-universe reaction to the pun. Maybe "That third pic's out of left field accordion to the trope."?
Incredibly Lame Pun is just a redirect to Pun, which isn't YMMV.
