Site Redesign/Update and Testing

Attention tropers. Our dev team has been hard at work on update/redesign of the site and we would appreciate your help to test, hunt for bugs and provide feedback. We've optimized the database in order to speed up the site and added layers of security to protect against various threats. We've also added many new features and given a facelift to almost all areas of the site but please note that some features, such as the new search page are not currently functional on the test site.

1. Logging in to your account on the beta doesn't work.
2. Where's "Show Spoilers"?
3. Where are "Resources" and "Crucial Browsing"?
4. The idea of having featured articles like The Other Wiki and many other wikis is great. However I'd prefer that they'd be reviewed "good" articles, for obvious reasons.

Featured tropes could be a rather difficult concept. The closest we have is JustForFun.Tropes Of Legend, though it's not usually chosen by review, and Overdosed Tropes, which are chosen by size. That said, I thought of some plan for Featured Tropes I'm gonna post in Wiki Talk.

I have a 502 Bad Gateway error.

Is this still available? The beta site won't load for me.

Yeah, the beta is no longer accessible, it seems. Hopefully the update is coming soon. Could we get a roughly estimated date?

Is this the part where someone yells "You broke the site forever!"?

Looks like hot-tip notes aren't being formatted correctly in their collapsed state. See the Reading Rainbow entry for an example where the first sentance is "American children's Edutainment Show that aired on PBS from 1983-2009note". "note" at the end is the hot-tip. It's clickable and everything, but it's formatted like standard text instead of superscript.

Also, check out the forums with Night Vision enabled. Looks like the last post is light gray text on a pale blue background.

Not exactly fond of the redesign. Can't really tell which forum I responded to due to no check marks and now my data usage will go up. Arrivederci!

Sending all tropers to this thread, which is in a better forum, to avoid duplication.

Found a glitch: On the forums, clicking "mark all as read" glitches when you're doing it for an entire section, instead of an individual subforum. So it works on Wiki Talk, but glitches on Wiki and Forums.

I'm not able to edit articles in TV Tropes, every time I try to hit "save" after a new edit, I got kicked back to the edit page with this message:
