I'd say 10.2 because the "ryusei" part makes it a bit more obvious that "grace" isn't an official name.

I'd like to make an alternate suggestion, from a CIA.gov history article on the Navajo code talkers. It's not quite the same thing per se but it might get the trope across better (and the Navajo code wasn't actually a terribly sophisticated one: it just used word replacements from a rare language).
