Keep. I can see the secondary colors and the villainy fine enough on the current.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportYes, it demonstrates it fine, but it’s just one character. One character doesn’t illustrate a trend.
If you’re going to use multiple characters to illustrate one trope, it makes sense to use multiple characters to illustrate that trope’s direct inversion.

There are times when a multiple-image collage like your suggestion would work. If it can be illustrated fine with one character, then a collage would be overdoing it.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportI think changing the image to match Primary-Color Champion is a good idea, but the rightmost two figures in the suggestion don’t look particularly villainous.

^Agreeing. OP > current
I understand. How about this?

Edit: Thinking on it further... I might give it a weak . Still not convinced enough to fully support the motion of six characters.

she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope Report6 heroes on Primary-Color Champion, 6 villains on Secondary Color Nemesis...works for me.
7 is better than OP, but (YMMV) I'm not digging all the shadows, fluttery capes, and other extraneous elements on the comic villains... maybe swap out one or two for a more cartoony example (eg. Mojo Jojo from Powerpuff Girls, Waluigi from Mario, Piccolo from Dragon Ball)? Might also make the whole image easier on the eyes.
I was honestly just trying to remember one character who I'd considered adding to the list, but I couldn't remember who it was.
I just remembered that it was Mojo Jojo.
Thanks for that

I'd say swap out Maleficent and Doom for Waluigi and Mojo Jojo.
Honestly, it's bugging me that the villains are not in the same positions as their counterpart heroes. I mean, if we really want to make these pages match, shouldn't Lex be in the upper-middle portion and Megatron be in the upper-left (cough)? If we could get Bowser in the bottom-middle that'd also be better, imo. (Or Waluigi in the bottom-middle; either works for my point, tbh.)
EDIT: Also, the bottom three of the heroes' trope are from Eastern sources, so I think it'd be even better if the bottom three here are also from Eastern sources if we can find them. Off the top of my head, I'd think Cell from DBZ and Ripley from Metroid.

Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they prettyI’d make a case for using Bowser instead of Waluigi. He’s much more iconic as Mario’s nemesis, and his color scheme is predominately orange and green, so he still illustrates the trope.
At the very least, I can put Lex Luthor and Bowser in the same positions as Superman and Mario.

More like red hair, yellow scales and yellow spikes. Like the shell is green...
Maleficent (lower left image) is mostly black with only a little purple, so doesn't illustrate well. Unless we indeed make them all match with the Primary Color Champions, suggestion to replace Maleficent with dr. Facilier, who's also a villain but has more prominent purple.

How about this?
I replaced Maleficent, Sabretooth and Doctor Doom with Mojo Jojo, Bowser and Dr. Facilier.

Looks good. Just make Mojo Jojo and Bowser smaller.
I think it's rather the opposite, that the other characters look too small.
Check out my fanfiction!Shouldn’t have 3 comic book characters on it, needs more mediums.
For anime, Cell from DBZ?

TBH, Facilier looks less purple when scaled down. Would this illustrate better?
It probably should be a full body shot but the Noodle People ruins it so probably should find someone else.

I don't know if I'm the first person to bring this up, but not only is the current image just a picture of a single character's face paired with a caption, but it seems pretty incongruous that there are six characters in the page image for Primary-Color Champion (this trope's inversion). Secondary Color Nemesis is a broad enough trend that it should be easy to come up with six villains to match six champions.
I would suggest this image as an alternative.
Not that most of the characters shown in the image are the archenemies of Primary Color Champions (including some of the ones shown in the page image for that trope). I think that illustrates the trope fairly well.
Thoughts?
