One of my favorite Narm moments (from Troll 2 proper): "They're eating her! And then they're gonna eat me! OH MY GOOOOOOODDD!!note " Not even the fly on his forehead is convinced.
Oh, I believe in yesterdayThis narmy bit from a badfic based on Ghostbusters (1984), that seems to have hired the Department of Redundancy Department:

For every low there is a high. The scene where Sally yells at Sonic for choosing to fight Robotnik over staying with her in Sonic the Hedgehog (Archie Comics) (and slaps him) is hilarious for all the wrong reasons, mainly the over-the-top facial expressions. This line from Sally is just as funny: "What's more important to you, anyway?! Punching out Robotnik's lights or being with me?!"
Oh, I believe in yesterdayFrom Spider-Man 2, that scene where Mary Jane is about to be crushed by a wall and Peter screams in an... uh... interesting way...
Cold turkey's getting stale. Tonight I'm eating crow. There are many narmy scenes in the Glitter Force dub of Smile Pre Cure due to downplaying of most of the serious scenes (either due to Filling the Silence with dialogue or unfitting music). For example, Joker's evil monologues would be cool, if not for his goofy voice.

Oh, I believe in yesterdayThis anti-smoking PSA. If your dog is talking to you, I don't think that's just weed you're smoking. (Also, wouldn't this send the wrong message? This might make people want to smoke so that their dogs will talk to them.)

I want to see what other tropers here consider to be the most hilarious failed attempts at sublimity. This also includes juxtaposition of the commonplace and ludicrous or anything funny when in reality it isn't.
Destiny 2's trailer is described as bathos, considering Cayde-6 decides to get a drink at a bar whilst in the middle of a ground war, retelling his story.
Wait a second: How on earth did I even get here?
