It's just like playing the wii-mote-nunchuck combo. You get to sit in the laziest position imaginable for your video game fun times.
Is the Darker Side of the Moon this game's Champion's Road and Perfect Run? I'm always a big fan of the secret final Mario Levels that were designed for people with problems.
More importantly, where the hfil is the best place to grind coins? I want the Peach Tiara and Metal Mario outfit.

"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018Stopping at the Bowser shop for the night, but is there anyone else who wishes there was more of the ruined kingdom to explore than just the tower?
All your safe space are belong to TrumpThere's a beanstalk in Bowser's Kingdom that yields almost 200 coins per run, and it's repeatable.
For the Luncheon mountain shortcut, it's only really half a shortcut, as it's available halfway through the mountain and requires precision jumping. Involves a lot of fork-flicking.
With how much of a downer the place is (and how jarring it is overall) they probably didn't want players to spend too much time in it. It's supposed to be a transitional world for boss fights, kind of what the cloud kingdom ended up being.
But yeah, a few more areas wouldn't have been too bad.
Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectThanks for the tip. I'm going to get that Metal Mario.
I've been enjoying Mario Odyssey's postgame stuff a lot. There is a lot of filler, but there's also a lot of fresh new challenges, platforming levels, and the extra-hard ghost races are the best. It's about as good as 3D World's stellar postgame, and is miles better than the Green Stars, which can suck my dick.

"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018I understand that they didn't necessarily want to dwell on the dark parts too much, but Ruined Kingdom was definitely one of the areas I really wanted to see more of. For that matter, I really want a day/night switch for New Donk City, because rainswept noir NDC was awesome.
I've mostly been playing with the Joy-cons detatched, because there are just certain things that are easier if you shake - the homing hat throw makes a lot of things much easier, and there are definitely times when the spin throw just makes life way easier. Also, FWIW, a lot of Cap-ture targets are best used with a shake (I was surprised to see a Goomba get actual airtime when I did a shake jump).
Oh, and as a minor thing from me... I can't believe I just last night found the underground area of Wooded Kingdom. I had nearly 500 moons; how did I miss that?
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster. There is a "switch" in New Donk City, I think. The taxi you can captured can drive you into the rainy night-time version. 'Course I dunno if that's what you meant.
That totally is. That said, while I've heard about the taxi you can capture, I haven't seen it. That said, given some of the blank spots on my list of collected moons, I'm fairly confident that there's a good chunk of the city that I've missed.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster. It's like, on the road towards the big tower. It's got that circle on top, and it's just kinda parked at the side of the road.
Sorry to disappoint you, but that taxi only leads to a small section of the city, not a rainy version of the whole city proper.
The little mini-story of the taxi driver and the Tostarena Tourist touched me more than it should have. Seeing those two in several different, before the little guy finally had his fill and goes back home warmed my heart. It's such a stupid little thing, but I lvoe it.
"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018It took me a while to figure out what the hell that missing Moon in Cascade falls was all about, until I looked it up.
Suffice to say, I took care of the taxi tourist alongside Peach vacations very quickly.
Huh, so this review took down this game's metacritic score by a point.
Gotta say, the reason for it is rather insulting.
Is it possible to beat Super Mario Odyssey without jumping?
Legally speaking, yes.
Only 5 moons to go and 4 are Koopa races and 1 is the final Snow race.
EDIT: I just got all 880 Power Moons :D The last one with effort was the Snowburn Circuit S, but the actual last one was the Toadette achievement for Koopa Racing, which I held off on until I got everything else.
...That means Mario 64 is still harder cause in there I only got 94 Stars and never beat the final Bowser XD

The Protomen enhanced my life.In case anyone's having trouble with the Bounding races this video helped me a lot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXCCtPttXaE
The Protomen enhanced my life.First Mario death: Falling off a cliff as a Tyrannosaurus Rex.
You were having too much fun, weren't you?
Wake me up at your own risk.Looks like Luigi's showing up late to the party with balloons.
thats nice but more importantly:
new snapshot filters
"Have a good day. Have a good week. Have a good month. Have a good year. Have a good life." ~CiviaI like the neon filter a lot. Reminds me of Yume Nikki's Neon World.
Also lest we forget that we're also getting a Dark Souls Sunshine costume at long last
the neon filter reminded me of Moonside, personally! Especially with how they showed it in New Donk City
I really hope that this Balloon Party mode encourages players to really explore every nook and cranny of the stages. I hope we get lots of hilarious stories of strange hiding places.
Knowing the playerbase of this game? I'm sure we will.
I don't use the motion controls much, but playing with joy cons on their own is surprisingly comfortable for me.
