Because that's all that matters to the advertisers, isn't it?? More advertising for some random product that has otherwise nothing to add to the show! As long as we have that goddamn Toblerones, the show can as crappy as possible!! Story doesn't matter, right!!??
I haven't seen the show outside of clips but I'm willing to bet the entire Toblerone thing is a joke.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with? The writing is awesome, the characters are wonderfully, and the Toblerone is funny. Refuge In Absurdity is not Bad Writing.
Well I'm glad someone liked what they saw.
[x7] Come to Australia. Try a Boost bar. I love those things. Oh, and Cookies and Cream Hersheys. Big 2 for me.
But to get back on topic, anyone care to explain this show to me? All I know is "Jaden Smith anime", so I can only think of 21 minutes of anime characters saying inspirational bullshit on twitter.
" I'm the princess! Everyone has to do what I say!"So yeah, It's about Jaden being Jaden, and anime shit is happening.
"We be we baby!"Doesn't sound all that good TBH. But whatevs.
" I'm the princess! Everyone has to do what I say!"In theory it’s supposed to be a satire of anime cliches and socialite culture.
In practice it’s a Shallow Parody and a complete mess.
Shallow Parodies are the worst kind of parodies. It feels like they only heard about it and then just threw some shit together.
" I'm the princess! Everyone has to do what I say!"It's like if you ask a Tumblr teen what they'd want in an anime, and you get a hodgepodge of this and more.
But it doesn't mean it sucks.

"We be we baby!"As Gigguk says: Starring Jden Smith starring Jaden Smiths Voice Acting with the personality of Jaden Smiths Twitter account.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. They could save it with a Will Smith....thing. Just, something related to him I guess.
" I'm the princess! Everyone has to do what I say!"What tho? The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air the anime?
"We be we baby!"Wait, you mean to tell me Fresh Prince WASN'T an anime? Pretty sure Uncle Phill was Will Smith's Stand.
Nah, but I dunno. Maybe Will Smith just voices a random character at some point.
" I'm the princess! Everyone has to do what I say!"Berru-Earu no Furesshu Ouji-san?
Awaits for a mile long rant on how people who are either indifferent or like are weird for it. Jokes aside, I noticed a variance in opinion on the matter but notice a pattern: do people hate celebrities? Like, the people i Like Are Technicaly Speaking Celebrties But Their Just voice Actors.
MIAPeople hate nepotism. And essentially credit Jaden Smith’s career to nepotism. The last thing he was in that people mostly spoke favorably of was the Karate Kid remake.
That and he's really fucking stupid. Just read his twitter account.
A rose by any other name would smell as sweet Unless I grew it. In that case, throw it in the trash.maybe i just forgot what he does that didn't affect my opinions on the show being mediocre at worst but i see why someone would hate a show for a very noteworthy reasons. come to think of it, some of his lines wouldn't be out of place as tweets.
MIAHow dare you say that about the great prophet Jaden Smith.
Which, given that the protagonist is stated to be partially based on him (and he is legit pretentious), the lack of legit comedy throughout most of it, and many of the other factors and statements, is why I'm certain this isn't a parody or anything like that. It's just bad and so bizarre that plenty assume it must have been done with intent when a lot would suggest or outright says otherwise.

Improving as an author, one video at a time.we may never know.
MIAIt wouldn't surprise me to see the people behind this pulling a Parody Retcon at some point.
EDIT: Don't know how I turned into an ESL student for 3 seconds but oh well.

This is going to be The Room of Japanese-American coproductions.
I haven't seen this show, but I owe it my thanks for reigniting my family's love for Toblerone!
