I like the first best.
Funny, I think 1.1 is the closest to Dressed to Plunder and could potentially replace the image on there. 1.4 is my favorite so far.
Mhm, I see. I am not a big fan of the current pic on Dressed to Plunder, and I think I'd prefer 1.1 on that page.
I like 1.3 for this trope. It just looks slightly better than 1.4.
1.1 is better for Dressed to Plunder.
Check out my fanfiction!^^
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"What the Duck said.
Bigotry will NEVER be welcome on TV Tropes.Crowner? (1.3 has a lots of support, but probably not enough.)
Should I start a new thread for Dressed to Plunder, too?
Catching up; 1.1 for Dressed to Plunder, that one's current pic for this page. The LEGO options aren't clicking for me.
(Annoyed grunt)
Crud...okay, I'll zap that one right away.
EDIT: Done and tagged for this thread.

I'll try to write an e-mail to the artist of the sugegstion that has some s. I think we are going to need it, as it is just a single panel.
If we wanna go for the extreme version

I like both of those.
1.1 is very good for Dressed to Plunder.
Not sure we should be going with exaggerated quadruple-amputee levels here when we can very easily find a straight example. Here are a couple of 1◊ 2◊ illustrations. Also, not sure where it's from but pirate with peg leg◊.

1.1 for Dressed to Plunder, any of the suggestions in 18 for Seadog Peg Leg.
Join the Five-Man Band cleanup project!Crowner for this page?
Yes to the crowner.
I've sent a message to the artist of 1.1 and asked for permission to use it. Hopefully I'll get a reply soon.
Crowner's hooked.
EDIT: I'd put 1.1 up on the page; that's reverted pending . Here's the resized version.

OK, so I got the answer if we can use the picture, though I have to specify again which picture it is. Can somebody more authorized than me give me hints what I should write?
Thanks for your interest in Dan’s work! I apologize if this is located somewhere in the links you provided, but I don’t see which cartoon you’d like to use on your site. Please send me the publication date of the Bizarro cartoon you’d like to use so I can confirm that it’s Dan’s work and send you a legal, lo-res copy of it.
Are you a non-profit organization? That will help me determine if you will be allowed to use the cartoon for free.
Thank you!
All best,
Christy

Seadog Peg Leg could use a page image. I have several suggestions.
