We have some updates pending to the Cut List, but I'm not sure if those include modifying the header text. I can bring it up to the devs.

This might be some problems with it, Love Live Sunshine's Ho Yay page "Love Live! Sunshine!!" was seemingly cut out of the blue for being 'spam' which last I had looked was an actual page with entries but since it's been fully cutlisted I can't even look at the history.
It was cut on Nov 13th by [jormis29].

You know what, why not have a search option that can search for a specific cut request by inputting the exact entry page that was cut, and the search engine will find it?

There is supposed to be a Challenge button that will temporarily cancel the cut request and make a post in the Discussion tab, but for now it's mod-only and I beleive also not working.
Anyway, both points in the OP still stand.

It was fixed and I showed what it looked like mod side a few months ago. It marks Cut List entries that need more discussion with a checkmark. Gaston made a wishlist query about making accessible to everyone and I suggested a way to leave comments.

So I was using Cut List, then I saw the instructions at the top:
Requests have been made to cut (delete) these entries. Add your request in the form at the right. If you want to challenge the deletion, just hit the "wait" button. Your challenge will be noted and you will be taken to the associated discussion page.
There are a few problems with these instructions:
1: The request form is below the instruction instead of to the right
2: There is no "wait" button anymore to challenge the deletion
The interface is simple enough that I learned how to use the page without reading the instructions, though some users might still be confused. Just a heads-up about some issues.
