Ok so nobody has said anything about this show yet, so I'm going to review the first two set of episodes.
Lab friends forever/Surviving Billy: Ok so the art style really reminds me of Chowder, but I can see a bit of Spongebob personality in each of the M Cs. Billy is a scientist expy of Spongebob, Zeke is a punk version of Squidward, and Marsha is a slightly more naive Sandy. In the first episode, Billy, Zeke, and Marsha must learn to adapt to the underground world and meet a tribe of Lizzard-men who hate surface dwellers. Second episode involves the trio getting captured by a Pterodactyl and trying to make it back to the Cheesinator. I think LFF was better mainly because it was a good way to introduce the characters and their situation.
Calzones/Crab Claws: So we finally learn more about Zeke in the first half, and it turns out he loves cooking, and unlike Lars, isn't afraid to show it. He makes Calzones for the trio's lunch, but when an oger starts making them, He becomes jealous. I really think Zeke is my favorite character so far because I find it funny to hear Tom Kenny play the role of the Deadpan Snarker and Butt-Monkey. Second episode is with Billy swapping body parts with the wildlife to become better. It goes about as well as you'd think it would. Calzones was better because we learned more about Zeke's personality.
Will be doing more of these for future episodes.

I've seen a couple episodes and don't know how I feel about the show.
I will say that the character designs remind me of Garfield instead of Chowder.

I thought the same thing, but I'm also thinking maybe it's a mid-season break. It would be a waste if the series was that short.

Now that the show is premiering in less than a month, I decided to start a thread since I didn't see one relating to it.
I'm looking forward to seeing it as I enjoyed Aaron Springer's early Sponge Bob and a little bit of his seasons 4-5 episodes. But as most of us know, his writing and art style declined badly in season 6 when he drew the characters so Off-Model and made Sponge Bob creepy, especially Boating Buddies. But he improved a little afterwards and ended on a good note with Hello Bikini Bottom.
Looks like a mix of Uncle Grandpa/Clarence and Sponge Bob. The titular character might have a similar personality to them and there's gonna be a lot of Sponge Bob members, like Zeus Cervas, Merriwether Williams, etc. Seems like a dream crew, since Springer brought in people he worked with from the first 8 seasons. Not to mention, Tom Kenny himself is part of the cast.
I just hope it won't have blind hate since I gotta feeling it will be the next Uncle Grandpa and Pig Goat Banana Cricket and might be forgotten easily.
I don't have Disney XD but I will watch most of their shows online.
