I still don't think destroying a planet is what really makes such a deity a "destroyer deity." I've got some suggestions from the mythology folder. I do think that it needs to show something being destroyed, but I just think the DB pic is overdoing it.

Surtr's pretty good.
Apep overlaps with Beast of the Apocalypse, so I'd avoid anything that looks too animalistic. Surtr is also pretty monstrous, but since he's also much more noticeably humanoid, I'll upvote it.
