Needs Help: Cat Stereotype

Opened. I didn't think it was all that bad.

It's probably not distinct enough concerning cat stereotypes, as it's more directly related to human stereotypes. Or at least, that's my take on it. There are different cats, but it's very vague about how they actually relate to the trope.

What kind of picture would convey cat coloration and pattern stereotypes well?

Probably one with several different cats of different breeds and/or colours that at least show some resemblance to the character archetypes they're associated with.

This is crying for a collage, folks. Collages are not bad.

Working on finding pics, will try to have something together this evening.

A collage is a great idea for this trope.

For now, let's see what we can put together.

Here's some to start with. Because I don't have a decent rsizing program right now, I won't mess with them; I leave artifacting.

I don't think the 10.1 shows the character all that well (them being kittens take over the breed and colour), and Sylvester actually looks successful in that shot (but he's a good example). Rest are good.

I couldn't find a good one of all the kittens showing individual personality, so I went with one that covers this for the trope description: "whenever there are kitten sibling characters, they usually each have a different fur color. A black or grey kitten, an orange kitten, and a white kitten seem to most popular for triplet kittens,"

I'm pretty sure there's a better Sylvester one out there, too, maybe with the baby kangaroo?

Here's what I was able to come up with so far, showing the evil Siamese, mean black/white, groomed white female against rougher-looking orange male, and fat/lazy blue.

Which type is the upper right one supposed to be?

I prefer having the siamese ones in it, since it's fairly clear what kind of personality and breed they are, and it's something rather distinct from the rest.

At the size @eroock used, 6 different ones wouldn't be too big. 8 would probably be ok. I'd also prefer that we get the Siamese in there, and I'd really like to use Blofeld's right-hand cat simply to make it clear that this isn't only used in animation.
