I think the current is fine because his expression is emotionless. I can't help but compare this image to the one on Monster.Film. Neither are just "points a gun at a child" but also the facial expression.
That said, the strongest suggestion, imo, is 1.3.

None of those suggestions say 'monster' at all, fighter yeah.
Find someone killing eviscerating a toddler or something and then maybe but the current is very clearly a guy about to shoot a kid and that is enough for me.

The OP suggestions are just Ax-Crazy at best.
Current is fine. His complete lack of remorse sells the CM aspect more than just wild craziness.
The context of the first one is Ragyo literally about to molest her daughter which she's been doing for years now. That's not Ax-Crazy at all. Maybe Ragyo's images would be better for Abusive Parents?

The first Raygo picture is Just A Face and A Caption, for basically any trope you want to claim it is an example of.

If you need that additional context to understand the image, then it's a bad illustration. As-is, that suggestion is just a woman pulling a crazy face. 1.3 is a little better than the others, but still not as good because it looks more like a duel/battle.

This is looking decisive. I'll tag the page; locking up.
A couple of reasons for why I want to change the image.
The image itself
◊ feels lacking in terms of context. Unless you know the series and what it's themes are about the topic itself it doesn't really stand out. Killing a child itself is bad but there are numerous amount of villains that do that without falling into the CM trope. I feel a better choice would be an image of Ragyo Kiryuin. She's bad even for Complete Monster levels. There's a couple of examples I have. This

◊. If any images seemingly don't have context we can fit it in for those images such as describing the situation at hand (Although the first one we might have to be careful without making it too NSFW).
Personally I feel like these images would fit much more than the one we have at the moment.
