Maranatha and the Netherworld: A hidden society underneath a empire

In the empire of Maranatha, the capital city of Maranatha is a large and peaceful. In the empire of Maranatha, Theriomorphs inhabit all around the world, coming in shapes and sizes to come to Maranatha to live with other Theriomorphs.

The Empire of Maranatha is protected by the Kuda and the Maranathan Army. The Kuda consists of Theriomorphs from age 12 trained to fight against threats to Maranatha, holds a chivalric code of honor and serves the Emperor of Maranatha personally while the Maranathan Army consists of soldiers who serve the Emperor of Marantha and fight against invaders to Maranatha.

There is a dark secret waiting to be risen from beyond. Beneath the city of Maranatha, lies the Netherworld, a mythical country where the a elder evil race called Ungodly Ones live, thought to be wiped out during the Theriomorph-Ungodly Ones War from 3000 years ago.

And oh yes, before responding to this thread, let me give you and explanation of Theriomorphs.

• Theriomorphs are a race of half-human, half-animal hybrid species in which they are descended from the Ancient Ancestor Theriomorphs which were modified with ancient science and magic. They resemble human-animal hybrids. They come in shapes and sizes, some look like anthromorphic animals while others are more animalistic and bestial than others.

• How can a hidden society of humans exist underneath a city beyond Maranatha's reach. In the story, it is said that Theriomorphs and the Kuda are forbidden from descending Barcas Hill which is the entrance down to Cthonia and and cross the Threshold to enter Netherworld or Rem in human/Ungodly One language.

A bit of an pointless explanation for the Kuda Code,

Oh, I forgot about the history of the Heathen Land of the Ungodly Ones.

The Ungodly Ones or Heathens, are once humans who did not become Theriomorphs by the Emperor 3000 years ago. They were exterminated by the Theriomorphs before the founding of the Empire of Maranatha.

However, the remaining humans that survived were living in a modern city besieged by Theriomorphs. A young boy used a device to lift the city up into the skies based on technology of levitation designed by the humans, he lifted the city up into the sky and kept it for 20 days until they reached a massive crater created by a nuclear blast. The boy placed the city into that crater to protect the city from the Theriomorphs until the time comes when the Theriomorphs are wiped out by the soldiers.
