I think Fearless is also a really underrated Floyd track.
I'd also say that Electioneering by Radiohead, Quasar by Smashing Pumpkins, Hey Joni by Sonic Youth, and Friction and Guiding Light by Television are also really underrated.

“We’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad.” - Lewis CarrollElectioneering and Hey Joni are really awesome songs.
And since you mentioned Smashing Pumpkins, I would say that Drown is a really underrated song by them.
"Midnight Show" by The Killers is fairly underrated. No one really mentions it when talking about them, since it's tucked away at the end of their debut album, but it's probably their best song.
Anything by Cameo that isn't "Word Up". Seriously.
To pity someone is to tell them "I feel bad about being better than you.""I Wish I Were Blind" by Bruce Springsteen. It's so lovely.
Hey.I think I might be the only person to like Islands by King Crimson
Any Man by Eminem is really underrated. It's a really great song with some dope lines from Em.
Here's a couple, purely a stream of consciousness:
Iron Maiden - Purgatory
Gorillaz - Fire Coming Out of the Monkey's Head
Megadeth - Looking Down the Cross
Judas Priest - Dreamer/Deceiver
Soundgarden - Blow Up The Outside World
David Bowie - Crystal Japan
Aphex Twin - Vordhosbn

Daft Punk - Make Love is just a beautiful track. Especially since it’s sandwiched between all the more harsh songs on the album.
Gorillaz - The Parish of Space Dust perfectly captures the mood of what it feels like to be on a road trip in Texas and that makes it nostalgic for me.
I don’t know if a one hit wonder counts as famous, but Ryan Paris of Dolce Vita fame also sang this beautiful and catchy song called Tiki Tiki Tiki.
"Don't cry because it's over, cry because it happened."I'll name a couple from my favorites
Nine Inch Nails: Anything off of The Slip and Hesitation Marks really
David Bowie: Anything off of Outside and Earthling
Marilyn Manson: "Deformography", for some reason everyone seems to find this song meh, yet I love it
Type O Negative: I can name a lot, but "In Praise of Bacchus" and "How Could She?" immediately come to mind
Three Days Grace: "On My Own" and "Sign Of The Times"
Weird Al: "Virus Alert" and "Germs"
Gary Numan: Anything from 1994-onward

Because I know it's not all that popular in US (though it fared a bit better in Europe):
Bon Jovi - Welcome To Wherever You Are
Life is a Long Song by Jethro Tull. It was the first song they played when I saw them live in 2004, and since then I play that song regularly whenever I need a boost of mood or energy.
Going for the One by Yes. The fact that it isn't as popular as "Roundabout", "I've Seen All Good People", or "Owner of a Lonely Heart" is beyond me.
Bumping this thread up.
Pink Floyd's song, Childhood's End, is pretty underrated. A lot of people talk about the songs on Dark Side of The Moon or The Wall but this song from Obscured By Clouds is pretty good.
I would also to say that I think X-Static, My Poor Brain, and Aurora by Foo Fighters are pretty underrated.
