The caption's swapped in and tagged; locking up.
Romantic Rain pic got swapped without discussion. The editor got the issue helper message.
The previous pic was not chosen by this thread either, but it was much better. I also like it because it comes from a rather niche film, and the couple was not just kissing in the rain, but rather doing something more interesting and unusual.
The current is super unclear — the rain is barely seen in the pic, and the caption, a comment from Nostalgia Critic with a link... Poor taste IMO.
There are tons of other options, too. I was collecting some ideas back then when I launched the trope.
