It's already at max width. Removing the bottom two panels won't make the text bigger or more legible.

If there isn't a better version found, I'm voting to pull the current. If an image relies on text in it, the text needs to be clearly legible.

That's a good find, I think we can make something from it.
12 is:
- a very good example of Dream Within a Dream (as described in first paragraph). I like 14.1 better than current image over there
- a good example of Crashing Dreams. (still needs an image, see 14.2)
- a weakish example of Dream Tells You to Wake Up. The wakeup call should be coming directly from a character within the dream and not as a voice from the real world bleeding into the dream.

The clock's up and we've got enough consensus to go with 18, so it's up and tagged. Locking up.
Picture recently added. Maybe it would illustrate — if the panels weren't so small that you can't tell what's going on, including the text not being legible. It relies on the caption to tell what's going on, which make it not illustrative.
