Another page quote pretending to be an image. Which is bad.

For an actual illustration the easiest route would probably be one of those stock◊ Top Secret! seal pics◊.

I didn't see anything in the examples that looked like it would make a good replacement, so I'll go with 1.2.

Brought down to wiki size. The text is pretty much illegible but I don't think that really matters much. What it says isn't important, the trope is in the obviously blacked out information.

Isn't that closer to Conveniently Interrupted Document?

Conveniently Interrupted Document is when the document is destroyed halfway through rather than made classified entirely.

I was thinking a redacted document would be perfect before I clicked on this topic. Then, upon seeing the OP's suggestions, was thinking that the "TOP SECRET" or "CONFIDENTIAL" stamp is pretty good, too.
