Just as in that game, make the post to establish the timestamp, then check to see what second in the minute your post occurred. Then, edit your post to state what you got and your reaction. And yes, the activities are the same. Sue me.
Oh, and don't take the "spend the day" part too literally.

Reimu passing her appearance off as a costume would be pretty easy, but I'm not sure I can say the same thing for the Yoshi. (Maybe she can just tell people that she put a lot of time and effort into making her astonishingly realistic costume.)

Oooh boy, that is not going to be good for Mike, considering his mask is a bit important for his survival as I understand it. Xera on the other hand is a mesmer, so she can just make more illusory layers to wear and then remove as necessary.

It's pretty obvious why Neo would be locked in jail, seeing as she's a major antagonist in RWBY. As for Reimu... Maybe she got locked up for being out in the outside world during that one time she fought Sumireko?
