Your suggestion, if I'm understanding it correctly, is depicting Dispel Magic; Status-Buff Dispel is a game-specific trope which the current is depicting.

Only way that I can think of to improve the current is to add the move in question (Haze) being initiated.
Unfortunately, I have no means of doing that at the moment, so Keep Until Better Image Suggested. Have to turn down the suggestion as it could fit better elsewhere, as Willbyr pointed out.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportIf not for Status-Buff Dispel, I'll support adding it to Dispel Magic instead.

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Yeah, it's definitely a good fit for that page.
Keep Until Better Image Suggested for Status-Buff Dispel, add OP to Dispel Magic.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?I'm still not hot on the current for Status Buff Dispel, but I suppose adding a new image on an imageless page is better than replacing a weak one.
I don't see how Status-Buff Dispel could be pictured other than as a text box, because Status Buff itself is an entirely abstract concept.
I'm not sure why my suggestion wouldn't work for this page. I mean, sure the Dispel spells in D&D will undo many kinds of magic, but in my suggestion it's specifically cancelling defenses and a flight buff. Order of the Stick should have plenty of examples of spells being undone that Dispel Magic could use as an image. This page, for example.

I'd rather keep this limited to game examples, considering its nature. Is there a good card from MTG that would work?
Clock is set. If we don't get a good option for this page, my vote's to put the OOTS pic on Dispel Magic.
I'm fine with that.
Same here.
(Annoyed grunt)Aye.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Works for me.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportThe clock's up and the suggested action's been done. Locking up.
I didn't realize the old thread would be closed so soon! The image on the page now is just a black blob on a grey background, and doesn't really illustrate the trope at all outside of a text box. I wanted to suggest the third-to-last panel of this Order of the Stick comic as an alternative. I photoshopped out the unnecessary dialog to make this:
