What's our policy on YMMV pages for current solo musicians?

I noticed the YMMV.Ariana Grande page was deleted and after poking around there are quite a bit of YMMV page cuts for solo musicians, particularly current ones.

Now, I know two things:

1. That modern pop musicians can be, but are not guaranteed to be, prime Snark Bait.
2. That we can have YMMV pages for musicians as long as it is focused on the creator's works and fandom and not the creator

However, I've seen a lot of YMMV pages for current/recent musicians that are quite civil, such as YMMV.Taylor Swift, YMMV.Demi Lovato, and YMMV.Katy Perry. They don't have much bile going around that it's irredeemable, and they conform to the healthy limits of YMMV pages.

I can understand certain pages getting cut due to being bashing magnets such as YMMV.Chris Brown but what about the rest?

Civility is only part of the issue. Articles for musical artists should follow the same rules as other media articles: all content should be about their work, not about their personal lives or about people's reactions to their personal lives. Any such trope examples should be removed. If that leaves a YMMV subpage blank, then cut the page.

We need to apply this consistently. TV Tropes is not a gossip magazine. If you want gossip, Star and US Weekly can be found at your local supermarket checkout aisle.

YMMV.Ariana Grande wasn't too bad last I saw. Is it okay for it to be unlocked?

Just the Fandom Rivalry and Friendly Fandoms entries that have been oddly moved to Trivia after the cutting.
