I don't think it's a macro, but it's not a good pic.
Not a macro, but definitely bad and should be pulled.
Anybody have a comic where somebody's speaking in run-on sentences without any punctuation? It's the only way I can think of illustrating this without a Visual Pun.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Suggestion from One Punch Man [1]◊

That works better as Wall of Text.
Also, there is a clear watermark blocking some of the text.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!not a problem, there are many site of scans as alternative source.
Is this even picturable? I mean, the only way to communicate it visually is by way of speech balloon, and that's using the same mannerisms of text as could be just typed directly by way of page quote.
Will this work? This is from Bravely Default.

Is there a way to make the text less annoying to read?
Check out my fanfiction!I guess 9 could work.
(Annoyed grunt)We could put the properly spaced text as the caption.
Health sure is versatile. It's possible to be both light-headed and dim-witted. At the same time, no less.I think that works better, since it's more clearly readable.
Check out my fanfiction!I like that, but do we already have a trope for the caffeine-induced version of this?
Not quite sure how it fits. All it mentions is someone being high on sugar and caffeine...
Though said high could help that suggestion, since it leads to someone speaking quickly, which is what the trope is about. I'll give that a "maybe".
I don't think we have a trope for that, but we'll see.

I dunno, looking at some of the examples (especially in the RL section), it seems to be more about the incredible strength of the drink rather than the way people act when they're overcaffeinated.

Caffeine Bullet Time is the closest thing we have, as far as I know.

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"Clock is set.
Clock expired, so closing.

Is this is image macro?
The image itself links to Blah, Blah, Blah, which doesn't really inspire confidence.
