I wanted to add an example to a page, but as I started checking related pages I ended up unsure of where exactly it belonged.

One girl in France scored 21.22 out of 20 at her baccalaureate (high school's final exam) thanks to extra credit. Does it qualify as Up To Eleven, as an inversion of F--, or as a Real Life example of Broke the Rating Scale ?

It counts as an example of nothing. If the grading scale allows for extra credit pushing a student's score over 100%, then it's an intentional part of said scale and not noteworthy. I used to get scores over 100 on my tests in high school. Move Along, Nothing to See Here.

In the future, please use this topic or Trope Finder to ask this sort of question.
