Compared them. Both do reference moments that occur, but Another Story for Another Time is pretty much "Noodle Incident is asked about, and there's a specific response to that inquiry", making it potentially The Same But More Specific.
The short description in ASFAT isn't helping it, and judging by some of the examples, there are variants of the phrase being used like a Stock Phrase.
Due to high overlap, opening.

We don't need justice when we can forgive. We don't need tolerance when we can love. It's not this trope, but it does make me wonder... do we have a trope for "Noodle Incident finally shown"? Because that would be suitably distinct from Noodle Incident and, from the description, might have been what this trope was going for (but failed to the point that it would at least need a rename, new examples, and a better description).

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanUh-huh... The examples on Another Story for Another Time are... I won't say uninteresting, but they're next to worthless. A good percentage of them (a too high percentage) are just "character says this phrase", which, As You Know, has no narrative value whatsoever. I've seen that TLP, and it's much more tropeworthy than this. I agree with cutting Another Story for Another Time. Now, there are a couple of nice examples in here, but they do better in that proposed trope.

This is basically the same as a Noodle Incident.
