The only times to farm hearts until Shinjuku is during the Caster daily or during events. Caster daily has a terrible drop rate, though. iirc it's something like 650 AP per heart drop on average.

x4 There will be some in Saber Wars. Trying to farm caster daily for hearts is a huge pita.
I was farming the Caster daily for gold skill gems when it was 1/2 AP dailies in NA and got ~5 hearts somehow.

Caster gold gem drop rate is really high relative to the other classes and I don't know why. I have three maxed SSR Casters and I still have like 150 left over.
Did a ten roll, no Abigail. I believe the Sabers and Lolis are actively running away from me, this happened with Illya too.

Support. He charges party NP very easily, has good attack and defense boosts, can power up crits and his NP carries both a defense down effect and NP drain.

Great thing about him is that he fits in with practically any party setup. I've personally used him to great effect with Okita, where his first skill brings up her crit damage to especially ridiculous proportions, even at level 4.

He works well with basically anyone. He's considered one of the key players in Arts stall teams along with Tamamo and Orion, but also goes well with crit Servants since he can make them hit even harder or allow for Servants like Kintoki to do a first turn NP while using something like BHG or LZO for maximum damage.

I'd say being the current only Ruler in the game gives her a valuable niche, considering basically any damage directed to her is effectively boink'd off. Self-stun sucks dick but you generally only pop her NP when you're about to take a significant hit and dont want to lose the party.
