So what does the 'My Room' line do, purely cosmetic? And um, how do I access those new lines in My Room?

Sorry for sounding like a total noob.

They're just little lines meant to show off their character (ie. their likes, dislikes, and Grail wish) or implied interaction between certain Servants,

Set a Servant to My Room using either the heart icon or menu option in My Room, then keep pressing them until their lines have been unlocked. Though bond lines should already be unlocked in the voice option in their card profiles.

They're basically just cosmetics with your servant talking about various things or other servants. They have no game effects, just the servant's backstories and pure flavour. You can access them by My Room -> Material -> Spirit Origin List. Click on a servant and go to their Conversation tab.

They can also give insight or seeing how getting close to you changes them.

Like Gorgon who decides when she Kill All Humans you will be given a painless death cause she likes you.

Except the wording of her max bond isn't worded like she's going to kill you:

Especially the fact that she uses the term "killed with kindness".

Doesn't mean she's not going to kill you.

Ishtar for example is literally wired to kill all her lovers cause she's a war god.

Even Hakuno has a similar experience and was bluntly told by Gold Fur in CCC that when should they become a Beast Tamamo will murder them without a second thought, because that's their nature.

Even Bryn points out how hopelessly naive Gudao is about loving her no matter what will just get them killed by her in a yandere fit, so she must remain cool forever with the occassionwl battle against her Shadow fight her passionate emotions.

Oh how I hate the ascenscion material dailies. Been trying to get just one bloody gold Lancer statue, but every time the final enemy is Elizabeth, she only drops the regular statue. Meantime, anytime it's Archer or Saber, they almost always drop gold, sometimes even two.

This must be the protag's survival strategy. Make your harem of psychotic waifus too busy fighting each other for the chance to kill you that you could get away in the ensuing chaos.

I should point out that they just released the Madoka mobage like yesterday, so the server issues are most likely due of that.

Couple of questions about stuff limited to the story gacha:

1. Are relevant servants added to it when you start the singularity, or when you clear it?

2. Do silver Story locked servants (I.e. Caster Cu, Bedivire) ever show up in the FP gacha?

3. Who all are the story gacha exclusive servants of each singularity?

When you clear it, no and uh there's quite a few. Fuyuki is Saber Alter, Orleans is Caster Gilles, Septem is Nero and Okeanos is Medea Lily. After that you start getting more per chapter. London had Lancer Alter and Tesla. America is Edison, Cu Alter, Medb and Li Shuwen. Camelot is Gawain, Tristan, Bedivere and Lancer Artoria. Babylonia is Quetzalcoatl, Jaguar Man and Gorgon. Salomon didn't have any iirc. Shinjuku is Emiya Alter and Agartha is Columbus.

By the way, you didn't ask, but story locked Servants only showed up in the story gacha and during special rate ups. If we got, say, a Gilgamesh gacha again you wouldn't see Saber Alter in it. Some story locks like Bedivere are basically exclusive to the story gacha and never get a rate up.

Bedivere got a rate up for the stage play promotion thingy. But I think that's the only time so far.
