The Searchers ends this way but the scene doesn't really work as a still image.
I can't tell a thing that's happening in the current...it needs to go.
Yeah, nuke the current. I can barely see anything there.

Check out my fanfiction!Pull regardless of replacement.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"I tried to find a suitable replacement. Here's the only ending that actually has a door shown and "The End" that I've can find, from the film Hud.
Or there's also a progression from The Lord of the Rings:
Both are good, but I lean toward the LOTR one.
I can go for either.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportBit hard to see the door itself in 8.1. Looks like a window.
I like 8.2.
I like 8.2. Should it be shrunk a little, though?
(Annoyed grunt)You mean the door to a hobbit home isn't small enough as it is? (I agree.)
Check out my fanfiction!Yeah, it could come down to 300 px without being hurt.

Looks good.
(Annoyed grunt)Yep, 15 works.
So, the LOTR one?
Yeah, I think we've got enough consensus to go with that one, so it's up and tagged. Caption?
Nah. It's a silent ending, and should remain as such.
Check out my fanfiction! No caption needed.

(Annoyed grunt)Locking up.
Some time ago an image was added to this page which is of the example from Saw. The image is very darkly lit, it's hard to make out what exactly is going on, I assume there's a door there, but you can't really see it and there's nothing to indicate this is the end. I notice also that it was added without any discussion.
My thinking is that the best kind of image for this would be a closed door with the words "The End", but I don't know of anything that would work off the top of my head.
