I'm going to reserve this post for future use.
Red Five standing by.
You switched off your targeting computer, what's wrong?
Okay kid, you're all clear! Now let's blow this thing and go home!
Alright, here we go.
I'm giving you guys a chance to talk to each other first if you want to feel things out. Tomorrow I'll have the Mayor show up and let you guys get started on your adventuring.
Here's a simple map of the town◊ with all the locations you know about so far written down.
For the sake of convenience, I'm just using the main Forgotten Realms calendar. Also the "generic" names for the days of the week are Firstday, Secondday... Tenthday.
Also, when it comes up in the game that you want to do a skill check or use a spell or something, just write the details about it at the bottom of your post. It can be in spoiler text, or you can just draw a line in your post and put the info there. If you write down what the appropriate modifiers for that check at the bottom, it saves me a little bit of time. When we get around to combat this will be very important, because otherwise with six characters it's highly possible that I might make a mistake looking at six different character sheets every round of combat.

If anyone asks, you probably haven't heard of Vanis El-Tosca. If you have, you probably know him as a washed-up ex-pirate who lost his ship under uncertain circumstances. Pick the option that provides more comedy.
Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.Seldor is a pirate so he might have known him.
...Who's Seldor?
Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.Gah! My bad. Thought this was another discussion thread.
So that's two people we haven't heard of?
So this may or may not come up later depending on how things develop, but if Grant ever cites the Law of Equivalent Exchange, I'd want him to credit a famous mage with first postulating it. Should I just make one up, cite real world physicists, or do you have recommendations?
I'm going to go with the obvious and suggest the Brothers Elric.
Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation. If I'm going with that, I'd probably make it Hohenheim's Law of Equivalent Exchange, but I'm pretty flexible.
You guys are welcome to come up with whatever aspects of your character's religion you want. As time goes on I'll see if I can use those details on some way to make quests more relatable to you guys.
Also just let me know when you guys want to head out and I'll make the transition, or whatever else you want to do.
I'd be fine heading out now unless others want to talk.
No issue with heading out.
Not a substitute for a formal medical consultation.I say out the door we go.
Hey, uh, sorry I wasn't able to post the past few days (or today really if you want more than one-two sentences). Busy weekend. Once the week starts, I should be fine for daily posts though.
It's fine, things have mainly been dialogue so far, so everyone can post at their own rate.
Also weekends are typically slow on this site so I will generally assume I won't do more than one "big" post on weekends unless people seem to be posting.

I cannot help but headcanon Koras' voice as being Worf's voice.
I can still hail the Horde even though the company has shamed us. Strength and Honor even if Blizzard has neither.I'll give the guys who haven't posted yet a little more time in case they want to post, and then I'll post for following the trail.
Also do you want to move at a fast, normal, or slow pace?
Grant would be inclined to go at a fast pace as, judging from the farmer's reaction, Bernice is the "perfect" breed, and will therefore be lost forever if not recovered quickly.
Koras is in no particular hurry. I know, it's kind of jerkish of him, but his Charisma is 8. He's not the nicest person.

This here is the discussion thread for Across the Infinite Isles. The game itself can be found here.
