So I just noticed that I am literally the only person in this entire roleplay to actually use manual controls.

I am so tempted to go Megas with it and make random impromptu gag buttons.

Please remember that rule I put out at the start of the RP: in order to get a solid world built I want some locations mentioned in a conversation with an NPC about your character's day taking place immediately before Suitfall, alright?

So you want a conversation happening mere moments before suitfall and then our actions at suitfall, then we begin the R Ping fully from there? I can manage that but I want to ensure that is what you want.

Yeah, exactly what I mean. Your OP's will prolly be a bit long as a result but that's no big deal. It's Sunday and I tried to set this up such that we might avoid the absurd speed so many other RP's launch at, so take your time setting something up.

Since it seems like everyone is shifting to "what we're doing with our suits" right after the Suitfall conversation I think I will go in-depth with how, exactly, Neil gets the Basilisk over multiple posts. I'm not sure if any of you plan to watch it, but it'll be something like how the Deadpool movie tells its story, which I thought was pretty clever.

Well, just have something I can add to my NPC and location list in your first post, please. I've got the map open in Paint.NET and I'd like to have my revamp up this evening.

Hacking Balance

Hey guys, been having some conversations with folks and wanted to provide an official ruling on what you can and cannot do with hacking, and it's pretty simple: Perception or shutdown, not control. You can fuck with someone's sensors and change what someone sees, or you can shut down one system of your choice. In the case of cyberbrains, spiders take time to sabotage major functions, and systems like breathing or homeostasis are inaccessible, but it is very easy to, for instance, disable someone's ability to turn left, or use the word 'the.' I wanna encourage creativity and fairness with this rule, basically.

Clusterfucks

Uh, this hasn't really become an issue yet, but in the future can we please limit a maximum of 5 characters to a given location/scene to prevent really dense scenes, dogpiles, and clusterfucks? If current scenes are 'full,' please feel free to make your own.

Alright, while my character's heading to the police station for lore reasons, it'd be nice if he could encounter someone else along the way, because apparently half the roleplay's already there. Anyone wanna fight/talk (or alternatively, anyone else want something to do in regards to fighting/talking)?

Speaking of which, for clarity I'm gonna ask you guys to start prefacing your posts with location headers so everything stays in order. Please also start more scenes. When I said at the beginning of this RP that I wanted characters to act I meant that I wanted them to start their own scenes. Right now we have like 20 players (really gotta update that roster, sorry) and like 5 scenes: hospital, college, the river, the roads, and the bank. That's unacceptable, and you guys could stand to be less reactive.

If you do start your own scenes, and don't wanna get your shit fucked, I was also going to offer an optional Capacity thing in your location headers so that when you've got a maximum capacity of players you can just sorta keep other characters from joining by GM fiat. Just, you know, put Bank Robbery - Capacity 1/5 or what the fuck ever.

Sorry to jump on you like this but complaints have been raised, I'm pissed that you guys didn't make more active characters, and I needed to fix shit fast.
