I say whatever looks best. 1 and 2's NA artwork looks best to me, while 3's is the Japanese artwork.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?I don't care as long as they're from the same region. I like consistency.
I wouldn't object strongly to leaving the Japanese art up, but we do have a preference for English-language editions of translated media, as I understand it. If the Japanese editions had come out first, but the NA art had been on our pages before it was changed, the argument to revert it would have simply been "not broke, don't fix it." That the NA editions are the "originals" is just another reason I thought of in support of that.
It seems like there's some consensus for putting the NA box art on all three pages. I'm fine with this.
No objections here.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportNor here.
(Annoyed grunt)I took the liberty of swapping in the larger Prime 3 art with the Wii banner so it matches the other two.
As for the spinoffs, I think they're mostly fine. Pinball's image gives a good impression of the esoteric gameplay, and Federation Force doesn't have box art yet, as far as I know. Hunters is maybe too dark.
Pinball's pic is interesting...I'm fine with it.
Hunter's pic is too dark for my taste, too. Here's◊ the box art.
Federation Force's pic is good for now.
for Hunters box art.
for Hunters.
Hunters
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with? The Hunters proposal's good.
she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportGo ahead and make that swap.
On it.
Edit: And done. For the record, here's the old image:

she/her | TRS needs your help! | Contributor of Trope ReportShould we have a caption for Metroid Prime: Hunters? I think the old one works better as a page quote.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?I do too.
Yeah, I think you're right. Not sure we need a caption on top of that, though we could identify the characters, as the note in the old caption does.
That's a good idea.
This thread looks to be done. Locking up.
So, it's fine to use either if it's Japanese, but if it's American, that's what should be used?
