Would these be Game-Breaking Bugs, or Good Bad Bugs, or something else

I found two bugs in Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus, and I'm not sure if they'd be considered Game-Breaking or not.

There's a bug that can make most of your weapons disappear if you quit the game at the wrong time and in a certain way (specifically, there's tournament challenges that confine you to one weapon; doing a hard quit by, for example, holding the PS Button and quitting after trying one of these, since you still only have the weapon from the challenge). However, you can buy them back and they will be whatever level they were. However again, your Omniblaster and Fusion Grenade are gone since you never actually bought those, you started with one and found the other. You can also lose the RYNO VII since you don't buy that either, you receive it from a character.

At one point in the game, you need to find 10 Gargathon Horns to give to the Smuggler to get a pair of Hoverboots. If you get 20 or more instead and mash Triangle to give him the horns, you can accidentally give him 20 instead of just 10. Now you can't get all the Gargathon Horns since you just gave away more than you needed to give away, and so you can't get the last vault key that the Smuggler has because you can only have a maximum of 50 horns and you need 60, which means that you can't get the RYNO VII (Well, until your New Game Plus anyway).

Would either of these be considered a Game-Breaking Bug? Or are they something else?

Let's see, you screwed around in the game and now some of your stuff is Lost Forever? Sounds like an game-breaker if you can't progress through the game without those weapons.

What's the effect? Are you completely unable to continue the game, are you able to continue but with severely nerfed equipment, or are you able to continue but miss out on some great but not necessary equipment?
