Re-opened. My vote's to replace the pic on Crazy Memory with the version on Flashback Fail as a quality upgrade, even if we don't find a new pic for the latter page.

Flashback Fail is when there's a flashback then someone remembers the details from it wrong. The current image is a Simpsons screencap where Homer's recollection is total nonsense, and thus is more an example of Crazy Memory—which is why that trope's article is illustrated with an image from the same scene.
I don't have another image to suggest (it's usually a dialogue-based trope), but the current image is worse than nothing because it's confusing the two tropes.
