That's a really good remark.
We (The french tropers) asked ourself if it's relevant to make an "En" page who redirect to main english version. We need to talk about that with the modos i think.
Not english native, so yeah, my english is little bit clumsy. But I also speak French. Hell yeah !
The lack of headers is because the non-English wikis are not as well developed as the English ones. Additionally, the current wiki software is not suited for running a full header complement more than once.

Well, those are good points. At first I was thinking, well, why can't they just have one trope page to have the full suite of, like, YMMV, Laconic, etc together with Fr, Sp (or whatever later Spanish is going to be), Jp etc etc, but then I realize, if for example a trope/media page has an Fr page, then all their sub-hearders such as YMMV and Laconic and Playing With all will also need to be translated, and that will quickly clutter the header.
Oh well. Anyway, I'm happy enough to have brought this up, thanks for the feedback 
The inclusion of subpages for the French wiki is something we plan to do. However, we are currently focusing on adding Main pages for both tropes and works. These subpages will follow the convention introduced in work pages, aka adding "Fr" in front of the namespace to make it clear that it is a French subpage. For instance, "Characters/" will be "FrPersonnages/", "YMMV/" will be "FrCVQV/", and so on.
A few pages actually do have subpages already, such as Aveugle Idiot Traduction, which has a "FrAutoDemonstratif/" page. The reason that one doesn't appear on the English header is because we are using redirects (for instance, "Fr/BlindIdiotTranslation" redirects to "Fr/AveugleIdiotTraduction"). We have not yet decided if we will add redirects for subpages as well ; it is however more than likely, seeing how, while it may crowd the English header, these pages will appear anyway in the header of pages that have the same name in English and in French.
Finally, as for why there's no redirect to the English page from the French page : if we did that, every English page would have its French name listed as an alternate title, and we're afraid it might cause confusion and/or disapproval from both readers and mods. So we haven't done so.

So I was randomly browsing Lampshade Hanging and No Fourth Wall when I noticed that the pages have French versions (as shown by the little Fr link on top of the pages: Poser un Abat-Jour and Pas de Quatrième Mur respectively). So I clicked them, and was enjoying my read through the articles in French (btw, I don't speak French, please don't reply to this in French XD) and noticed that while the bottom of the French page contains French indexes, the top part is bare, with only Fr and Create New links available.
Basically, whereas pages in English are headed with the full suite of links (YMMV, Trivia, Darth Wiki etc), the pages in French practically have no header to speak of.
Don't you think we should add them? Especially since, as I said, the French pages contain indexes at the bottom, so it feels rather weird.
