That said it's been storming here all evening but it's finally about cleared out, and seeing how I have a massive phobia of bad weather, I'm going to go crawl into before before the fear adrenaline wears off and I fall out lol.

This is my edit of my proposal for Gambling Day, with some suggestions by the others. If there are any changes I need to make, let me know.

The whole city will be turned into a giant casino filled with slot machines, pachinko machines, roulette machines, roulette tables, video poker machines, card tables and other gambling-related things. They also are book-themed for some reason. If you're too young, don't worry, there are no restrictions on age during gambling day. Instead of cash, random prizes will be inside these machines.

If you lose on certain machines, let's say the consequences are unpleasant. Losing conditions would involve either permanently losing the special item you betted on; a temporary lock on a random power set and/or weapon on a character if they have them; instant death and respawning in a special "time out" room that cannot be exited until a timer winds down; and/or spawning a random mook level monster or enemy from across the cosmos. If a fight breaks out, people can bet items they earned in the city at a nearby stand, and if they win, they either get a portion of the pot or an improved version of that weapon, whichever is more fitting.

The "boss" of the day can be a cheating gambler and their games. The way to beat them is to find their tricks during the game before they win and turn it against them. Reward can be selected by the GM.

: Boss of Gambling day is Oogie Boogie. Hell, in his Villain Song he sings about his love of gambling (and cheating, and betting on peoples' lives).

As for tonight, I'm gonna get going; no post after all, got a bit too distracted with friends and it's too late for me to be thinking about doing a main post given how early my work shift starts tomorrow. As for tomorrow though, my shift is the shortest this week; afterwards I may want take a short rest/nap, and sometime tomorrow I should try to get to the chiropractor, but otherwise I'll be free.

Should probably mention this.

I'm going out to my grandparents today, so there will definitely be less of me until Tuesday. I still should be able to post, but I can't guarantee much on that.

I'm gonna be watching Civil War today so availability will be a little limited

Here now, recapped. I'm feeling tired but not as tired as I expected to be, actually. So I'm going to see about getting a main thread post done then see about taking a short rest. I forgot that the chiropractor closes early on Saturdays so I'm just gonna have to wait until next week for that, unfortunately.

@Pro Trash: Sorry but I'll be getting to your new signup sometime later. I want to prioritize the next main thread post first, and I know that as a Homestuck character it will take me like a year to read through their TV Tropes character entry.

Perhaps I'll get back to reading HOMESTUCK myself. I fell off about halfway through, but now that it's, well, more finite than before, I think I might be able to cultivate the motivation to complete it.

Well shit, did a background check on my boss for this day to double check some stuff and realized I was mistaken about something. I thought he was a cybernetically enhanced human; turns out he's actually just a robot that was rumored to be a cybernetically enhanced human.

All right, after much pondering it over, yes, we're going to go ahead and fix Cole because it seems like we have enough problems right now But I somehow imagine what this means for the long run is that OFB will just try to make sure to make things really stick the next go-round :/
