You're not the only one. I couldn't download them through my computer.
EDIT: I just managed to download the two files using my mobile phone. If you have one, try downloading from there.

Yep, got it on mobile. That way works, but the site looks wonky that way.

Please don't link to rips or unlicensed copies unless the work is public domain. Our own article has a download link; if that's wrong, it should be updated. Otherwise, there doesn't seem to be any actual discussion of this game going on, so I'll close the thread.
