The quality is a little off in that pic, but it's a great suggestion other than that...pretty much any shot of him shirtless from that movie will work just fine.
Hmmm, this is proving fairly elusive. The movie (aside from selective publicity shots) wasn't originally released in high-def, and it seems virtually every decent shot of gaunt Bale was from the slightly grainier version. If the quality is an issue, we'll need to look for other suggestions.

I think the first of those is the best so far, both because his attention is actually focused on his body and the fact that he's so skinny that he needs to be carried.
