People lay, objects (including corpses) lie. The tombstone says "lies". I would go with "here lied Spider Man", to match the tombstone.

I believe the current image should be replaced with this image of Spider-man.
Since it looks like Spider-man is rising out of his grave, instead of kicking over someone's grave.
