Suggestion: Rejection Ritual

Rejection Ritual just launched and could use a pic. I was thinking one of these: 1 (cropped to focus on the center and speech balloon), 2◊ (top right panel or both right panels).

What does the actual size of the first one look like? It's thumbnail size for me.

1.2 top right works well with describing the trope.

1.2 doesn't really fit with the trope. It's less of a rejection ritual and more of a 'Go out fighting honourable death ritual.' Which is a different trope I've seen in media, but it doesn't have to do with rejection or being cast out. It has to do with people who are done wanting to go out with one last fight in order to help keep others safe.

1.1 would be suitable if it's available in a large size. 1.2 isn't a rejection ritual and doesn't look like one.

How strange, that link was on the full size pic when I saw it...anyway, I can't look for it right now but if you Google "Klingon Discommendation", it should be one of the first things that pops up in an Images search.

I can probably replay "The House Always Wins" on my KDF char in Star Trek Online and get a decent picture of Councillor Torg's discommendation.

That would be cool. If someone could get a shot of Worf's Discommendation from the Blu Ray of "Sins of the Father", that would be great, too.

Looks like the apostrophe in the link to 1.1 threw the forum's parser for a loop. It's supposed to look something like this:

That still shows up as thumbnail sized.

Strange, it works fine for me when I copy/paste the link into the address bar. I even tried it in Incognito on Chrome, and it still showed up at the proper size.

Well, I found a version, though still low quality, and it's kind of wordy and doesn't illustrate much. It's better than nothing, though.

The image that I really wanted to get was the "lockout" from Cerebus but I'm not finding any actual pics of it happening, just one from a few pages after.

Bump for thoughts on or other suggestions.

It's clunky, but better than no image.

Guys, 1.1 was showing up thumbnail-sized because Wikia has hotlink protection now (and has for a few months). Linking directly to their images results in you fetching and caching obscenely-shrunken images instead of the proper full-size image.

Well, that explains why so many of those options in the crowner for Power Pincers were shrunk between me finding them and the crowner going up.

It's why I usually save images locally if I want to suggest them, as well as link to the page rather than the picture if I can.

One more bump.

13 is okay. There's also the banishment scene from The Maze Runner Can't find a great image online, but I could get a screen grab. [1]◊

This one keeps gathering dust, and there's some consensus for the Klingon pic, so it's up and tagged. Locking up.
