Re: Phoenix's question: I cannot speak for Syme, but in my threads, leaving the Arena and coming back (counting dying) reset however much of the character's status that character's player wanted. Attaching stuff to another player's character that that character's player can't detach from them, whether by dying or leaving and coming back, would not be a thing I'd allow.
It was part of my threads' hardcode or whatever you call it that anything that happened to a given character was ultimately up to that character's player. It was a ground law.

All that said, this thread is based entirely on plot, drama, and continuity, so I dunno; Syme and any other co-GM's might want something like that to stick, in the interest of generating plot and character development. A regular RP would almost definitely have something like that stick, or at least that wouldn't be unlikely (although come to think of it, death in general is more likely to stick in a regular RP).

If you're referring to the event tomorrow, then you don't have to put forward characters at all: you can just bring in alternate versions as you see fit.

Is the event gonna be canon? I know of a certain character who just needs to meet a certain other version of himself.

Also, trivia. Skull's Tarantula is a cross-breed between a goliath bird-eater (the biggest tarantulas, me think) and alien arachnids, it's two time bigger, stronger, faster and aggressive than the average bird-eater and while she was lying about the whole "make an elephant's head blows up", its bite can kill an full- grown horse or lion, so it's still extremely dangerous.

Skull is much more dangerous of course, since the spider is just a big-ass spider than can be squashed, but be wary, lol.
