Magic potions presumably have a finite duration for their effects. Depending on what those effects are, and how often she's using them, any number of side effects and withdrawal from real world drugs would be good, especially alcoholism - after too long without taking a potion, she starts getting the shakes, insists on drinking whether she needs the potion effects or not, or has to brew up stronger/larger doses to get the same effects. Physical drawbacks such as weight gain/loss, problems with teeth or gums or digestive tract, or good old loss of balance/slowing of reflexes are also possible.
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "being a possibly corrupt magical source" though. Assuming here that you mean she somehow destroys magic sources she draws upon? If that's the case, a different kind of addiction, or simply flippancy towards magic - while other mages look for (and presumably fight over) power sources, she just grabs anything at hand regardless of quality, since it's not like she'll be able to use it for too long.
Depending on how these mix, the latter might be a reason why she depends so strongly on potions, and at the same time amplify her addiction.

Probably not what exactly what you were thinking but trace amounts of previous potions could cause reactions with new ones like mixing meds. I could also give a list of mundane psychological effects if you want but if you want magical effects you need to talk about your system more or give a link.

Yewleaf, you can give me a list of psychological effects. As for her being a corrupt magical source, that means she gets easily corrupted by magical sources due to her own Chaotic Good nature. She had also studied the arts of alchemy and the arcane for many years while incorporating them into her own style of magic. She extrudes an excess of magical energy while conducting her spells.

Still not sure what you mean by "corrupted." She starts alignment shifting to Chaotic Evil? Her physiology/personality starts warping to align with the type of magic she's using? She can't mix types of magic without problems?
Her personality slowly shifts from Chaotic Good to Chaotic Evil the more she uses and learns other magic(s) in question that is since she is a chaotic mage who is mainly aligned to her specific element of electricity, but is very adaptable. And she can't mix elements else there will be an element clash since her main expertise is the element of electricity

I was going to write some more about my magic-wielding character, but I had to think about the possible psychological side-effects of her using an overload of advanced magic potions and being a possibly corrupt magical source.
Since my white-magic wielding succubus is rather talented at using all kinds of magic from electricity to chaos magic, would it make her more succumb-able to supernatural forces or will it cause some kind of unintended magical backlash? Let us discuss all the possibilities.
