Nothing to unusual in recent releases, so let's see upcoming games... wait, what?!

So, here's a few surprises added to the list. In the next two days, we're getting Worms WMD and Crimsonland. The first isn't too surprising, but the second... I haven't seen or heard that name in years.

On the 7th, well... anyone here remember Phantom Breaker Battle Grounds? That beat'em up spinoff of a fighting game that never quite managed to come out stateside? The one that looks a lot like the Scott Pilgrim game? Yeah, the Switch is getting a port of the PS 4 port.

Of course, you've also got some other previously known big name titles coming: RE Revelations 1&2 on Tuesday, Xenoblade 2, Teslagrad, The End Is Nigh, Unepic, Max The Curse of Brotherhood... not a bad upcoming month or so.

Battle Chef Brigade released a couple of days ago, too. I just bought it this morning, but it's been great and very addictive (which is only natural, considering about 60% of gameplay takes the form of a Match-3 Puzzler). It has continuously introduced new mechanics in the three hours I've played so far. It also does a good job of capturing the stress of being on a competitive cooking show.

...One of the comments on that video is "Swedish Chef for DLC" and honestly I would 100% buy the game if they did that.

But seriously, that does look pretty fun, though I'd probably use it more as a time killer between other games.

Nintendo of America is giving away five tickets to the 2017 Video Game Awards.

If Nintendo is giving away tickets to the VGA's, then something big must be dropping there, and not just the Bot W DLC.

Hearing conflicting information claiming that the d-pad phantom button presses issue was fixed with the Xenoblade Pro Controller.

What we need is a Sonic Mania in 3D, that'll be the real 3D Blockbuster Sonic game! With a plot that would rival that of Westworld!

To be honest I would've gotten the same games had I bought a Switch around now, although replace Fate with ARMS and add Xenoblade 2, Mario Kart 8 DX, Bomberman R, Sonic Mania, and an SD card.

Regarding Xenoblade 2, is this a case where you need to have played the first one in order to understand it? I played X, but not the original one.
