Either of those are good, but I lean toward Reservoir Dogs.

I wanna say 2 images, one all male one all female to fit with the folder split.

The cast of Neptunia Mk2◊ 19 characters all female.

I like Memers idea, and the suggestion for "all female" For "all male, I'm partial to the one from 12 Angry Men.

12AngryMen is flat out honest about it.

Memers' idea and suggestion for the all-females folder is good.

For the all-female pic, I'd prefer something more like the 12 Angry Men pic where they're all pretty close together rather than spread apart like that.

I really like the idea for two pics. For all male, I like the one from 12 Angry Men.

A suggestion for all female one — how about a pic of cast from Caryl Churchill's Top Girls? Google found this one◊ or this one◊, among others.

There's a plenty good suggestions here. We'll need an Image Links article, probably,

Prefer the B&W 12 Angry Men to the false color.

Also feel like, if we go with two images, the "all female" one should be live action also.

3.1 looks kinda busy, and I already cropped two girls off.

No, that's overkill, especially if you had to crop a couple of them. Either of the last two suggestions is good with me.

Eh IMO the more the better. it really shows off the monochrome. I dont think looks bad at all aside from the image resizer being a little bad.

19 playable characters and not a named male in the bunch, the only male voice is named 'Guard A'

Four is a little little.

It's also already on Mean Girls, and it puts more emphasis on these women being twits than anything else.

Mean Girls isn't an example as there are named male characters, and therefore would make a bad choice.

Of the other choices, I slightly prefer the Top Girls options over Neptunia.

I think I prefer 8.1 over 8.2.

Here's 13 run through a proper resizer...I still think it's too crowded and prefer the Top Girls pics, but I won't give it a total .

I prefer the other one. More emphasis on a diverse cast, all female, than some sort of hierarchy, which is irrelevant for the trope.

Yeah, I too think that that one looks better, especially if it is supposed to be paired with the 12 Angry Men one for the male part of the trope.

7 people seems like a rather low number for a cast though, it could be just a shot of the girls of the cast which are actually quite common promo shots.

When you get into the double digits like 12 Angry Men or Neptunia's 19 then it starts working on 'that is the entire cast' type thing.
