If not To Love Ru literally uses this trope multiple times per chapter, so it shouldn't be too hard to find another example.
That said, the one from the anime doesn't quite work. It looks less like a collision and more like they got caught engaging in foreplay.

I really don't think the OP can work in part or whole without going over the NSFW line...and I really don't see how it's even happening in the first place. Are they supposed to have fallen down the stairs? That one panel makes it look like she jumped and planted her nethers in his face.
Not keen on the anime suggestion either for the aforementioned reasons.
