I am so. Fucking. completely. in.
So, this is inspired by bloodborne instead of being set in it?

Good to be backI'm not entirely sure. I'm leaning inspired-by, just for the freedom that gives. But if so, it will be greatly inspired by, with a strong influence on horror, and the difficulty of fighting singular enemies, and hiding lore and story for the player characters to find.
If I get enough interest, say, 6 or so people, I'll make a sheet.
Sounds nifty, consider me interested.
Sure, why not? I dig the whole gothic horror aesthetic.
-dramatic music ensues-Also, will players be able to suggest monsters?

Good to be backAbso-fucking-lutely. It's encouraged.
If you do though, it would be best to PM them to me, so that they are a surprise for everyone else.
Alright.
Good to be backOh, I like dark fantasy and loved the dark souls series. I'm interested. I take it you are going to be a punishing and unforgiving gm?
How do you kill that which has no life? The choices the players make will carry consequences, yes :3
'''EDIT: Here is the signup
So, I know this game isn't even out yet, but I was thinking it would be very cool if there was an RP on here related to the setting and style of this game.
For those that don't know Bloodborne is an upcoming PS 4-exclusive Action-Horror RPG from the creators of Dark Souls. It is set in a Victorian London city that is plagued by horrible monsters. It's got magic, melee and light gunplay.
I am interested in doing an RP inspired by this setting. A steampunk-ish Victorian Era-style Horror RP, with magic and fighting that puts emphasis on Player Vs Enemy scenes, and character growth and the depth of relationships. A lot of interaction, exploration and scary moments.
I envision the Player Characters as a group of the finest, sent by the Queen to explore a once-thriving and bustling city that has become lost to a growing curse that breeds awful and deadly creatures. They are sent in to record the spread of the curse, find any survivors or valuables, etc.
Would anyone else be interested in this?
