Lena smiled slightly. "Okay, yeah. Jo blushing is really weird. And...I think I'm fine? No missing memories or anything. I'm just...stuck here."

And she was back to looling worried. Huh, that was the first time Jo's face looked so vulnerable. Kinda adorable actually.

Lena/Jo then grabbed Nat's body, and snuggled.

She was upset and needed her boyfriend.

....But it had the unfortunate side effect of looking like Jo was was embracing Nat.

Rumors were born like this.

In reverse, it was probably a first time Nat smiled kindly and with no strings attached to the smile in question.

"We're gonna be fine." She said, hugging Jolena back, for now disregarding any sorts of rumors this would spark to life. "You're still you, no matter what body you're in."

"Hm, are you two of alright?" Quartz asked again, to who he thought were Nat and Johann.

Selen...er, James tilted his head at Quartz, only to realize he was talking to others.

"...well, I-I think things a-are alright f-for now...?"

Stretching and glancing around the classroom, it seemed things were ever so slightly calming down.

...guess it won't be getting worse for now.

Having stood perfectly still for the past twenty seconds, yet somehow having avoided been bodyswapped, Samuel considered himself lucky as he stared at all of the confused students.

He was confused, too. Probably not to the extent they all were. But his first day here and they had been bodyswapped by some sort of Grimm that wasn't Grimm.

Samuel set the fire selectors to "Safe", and the carrying handles popped back up. Tossing his Shatterstens into the air and grasping them by the handles, he flicked them closed, protruding parts retracting back into the gun such that within a second they looked like nothing more than the small briefcases he held at his side.

Affixing them to his hips, he sat down and took a deep breath.

Dian turned to Quartz. "We're switching brains!"

(Wanna have Quartz be in Dian's body?)

Croire raised a hand, about to correct Dian before just going quiet, ears twitching and glancing around the classroom.

"U-U-Um...w-w-well, u-until we f-figure something o-out, how about w-we get...something t-to eat and plan...um...how t-to swap back...?"

"Come on Red, you know I wouldn't really do anything bad to you, right?" He/She asks, grinning evilly as they place a hand on their former body, letting the heat flow into the scaly cold blooded form.

Scarlet felt her borrowed body weakening under the heat. "Dammit, Lily. Don't you fucking make me shock my body into dusss.....sssshh...." She slurred out. Only one option. Scarlet punched her body in the face.

Mefus let out a sigh,

"I hope this is a dream, cause you guys are messed up."

Looking around she opened the door,

"I'll go grab a teacher than, since it seems like you guys have breaking down super quick."

With a gust of wind Mefus went bounding down the hallways cornering with a flip past other students jumping over and around them as she made her way down before she got to Glynda Goodwitch's office which she actually landed on the door feet first because of her momentumn and flipped back down before walking over and knocking.

Body Switching Shenanigans

Selene shifted her weight to the other foot as she observed the antics of the rest of the group. An idea for some mischief, and a little bit of pushing support on her part (in a rather twisted way) was forming inside of her mind.

She walked up a bit to her body, and whispered to James "So how is it switching bodies with Diana's identical twin?"

Watching Mefus leave was depressing. Her calling them all messed up made him feel a bit down, although...

Well...it was a bit unsettling to hear someone else use his voice, much less Selene using it, but when she said THAT, well, his face went a bright red, eyes wide and ears pinned against her head, getting even more flustered.

"U-U-Um, w-w-well, I-I...u-um...i-it's..." James stopped in her tracks, realizing nearly anything he'd say would either be an compliment or insult and was treading on dangerous ground and nervously backed away "W-W-Well, a-aside from wanting t-to try f-fish and bat at a b-ball of yarn? U-U-Um..."

All flustered and tongue-tied, James was kind of at a loss of what to say and nervously moved away.

Marvin tried to throw up an aura backed barrier only to realize that Scarlet's body wasn't accustomed to that kind of thing...and was promptly slugged and dazed for it, grabbing onto Marvin's body and falling backwards from the hit, bringing down Scarlet in his body down with him.

Selene sighed, sad that James's reaction wasn't what she expected. "Though might I say what we all seem to be missing." She said, tapping the foot of James's body, before pointing at the box. "That thing still hasn't been fucked up!"

James tilted his head, wondering what he'd said wrong and nervously pet Selene on the head. "S-Sorry i-if I s-said something s-stupid, I-I mean, w-well, m-maybe this i-isn't...s-so bad, I-I mean, I-I g-guess l-like this I-I..."

Then it sort of clicked together, his face lighting up even brighter and tail flicking from side to side and completely unaware he was giving a slight cat-smile. It looked like he...she was planning something before turning back to Selene.

"...hm? I t-think some of that g-goo got on the glasses and y-you don't quite see what's happened..." He quietly remarked, sounding like he was teasing her as he quickly removed the glasses, cleaning them with a cloth before gingerly placing them back on his...er, Selene's face, still smiling.

...Well, alright, the glasses didn't need cleaning, but she'd probably notice the box had been blown to bits, and that Grimm hadn't fared any better. Maybe.

"Oh damn. Okay... I guess I really am blind." Selene said with an embarrassed chuckle. "So... Now what?"

If that thing can't change us back, because it's pretty fucking dead... Oh dust... What are we gonna do? Holyshitholyshitholyshitholyshit.

James and the others might be able to notice her visibly starting to freak out.

"Hm, switching brains, you say? I, uh, I not quite certitude what say here... Might need time to make sure what is of happens, I think." Quartz replied as he glanced around at the chaos in the room.

"Are you okay, also?" He asked Selene as he noticed her reaction.

"Quartz, as sad and entirely unbelievable as it seems, that is exactly what has happened here," interjected Sam. "Whatever the hell that thing is, it just swapped people's bodies. Consciousnesses... Something."

He stood up, his intimidating posture returning - after all, this wasn't quite right. This was a problem. "Maybe if we took a sample of that someone smarter than me could figure out what the problem is. Maybe how to reverse it, too."

Scarlet stood up shakily after they both fell and extended a hand down to Marvin to help them up. "So, how'd your master plan work out for you in the end, genius? And how do I stop your damn semblance from giving me shock therapy every thirty seconds?"

...It was odd, James was feel a bit more relaxed and actually a little confident like this and just smiled. "I-It's quite alright, I guess human e-eyesight isn't exactly that great either." he grinned, making a joke at his expense.

Although when Selene started panicking and getting a bit antsy, he got rather worried and nervous himself, fidgeting and trying to remain calm. "W-What's t-the matter? A-Are you a-alright, Selene?"

Freak Out

Iris in Morgan's body was freaking out right now. She was somehow in her girlfriend's body instead of her own, with no indication as to whether or not it was to be perminant. She began shaking her normal body to see if Morgan had somehow ended up in Iris' own body.

"M-Morgan! Wake up! P-please!", she said as she shook her.

"...Huh?" Morgan muttered as she woke up. "How am I telling myself to wake up—"

Morgan stopped talking as she realized the voice she was talking with was not her normal voice.

"Wait, what? I sound like Iris!"

"Morgan!", Iris exclaimed while in her partner's body, "I-I don't know h-how, but I t-think we've switched b-bodies!"

She was relieved that at least the two of them were in each others' bodies instead of someone else. At least this wouldn't be as awkward. Still, as much as she liked how Morgan looked, she would really rather that she were back in her own body right now.

"What?" Morgan yelled, bolting up. "How did that happen? We only touched that— That black blob..."

Dang it, that thing switched us!

"W-wait...you think t-that weird b-black goo did this t-to us?", Iris asked her girlfriend in her body, "I-is there any w-way we can s-switch back?"
