As I understand it, Tropers are generally forbidden to share the contents of their private messages on pain of suspension. Just for future reference (and assuming there's not already a thread on the matter), what would and wouldn't be considered breaking this seal of confession, so to speak?

If you are reporting abusive or harassing P Ms to the mods. This should be done privately via a Holler or in a PM to one (or more) of the mods.
If you have the permission of the other party to make the P Ms public.

Note also that we can see people's PMs, so you don't need to disclose stuff other than the handle in question.
