Opening, although to me it looks like he's standing behind the the skulls.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI don't think that there's anything there that signifies that he's responsible for those skulls.
I think that's nitpicking. It works.
Check out my fanfiction!Maybe it's a difference of opinion, but given how malevolent he looks I think there's more than enough visual cues that he's a figure of pure evil spreading death around even if it's more symbolic than usual.

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"And even if that is not enough, a caption helps.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanActually, nevermind. It does work. It just looked so small on my monitor that I couldn't see the grin on his face. Is there a larger version?

How does it look like this?
A little too large. I think usually about 275 px is a good width for tall images.
Check out my fanfiction! The pic is good enough for me, especially if it's paired with a good caption.
Possibly here? Where he says he's the Devil?

CM Dates; CM Pending; CM DraftsThat looks good.
Check out my fanfiction!I go by height instead of width for portrait images, usually 350 pixels tall; even though there isn't a technical limit, it's about the same size as a 350 wide landscape image.
The image in 11.1, for example, is 223x350 and looks great.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. Now that I think about it, the image in 13.1 might work too. Has a quote that's usable.
CM Dates; CM Pending; CM DraftsI'm not seeing how the page in 13.1 would be better. He's killing one person as opposed to standing victoriously over a whole crowd of corpses, it would need a lot of editing to get the focus back on Flagg (the first panel in particular is redundant), and I think the text does too much of the work there.
You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"13.1 is not a suitable image at all. Assuming that the ".1" is actually correct here.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanFair enough. I like the quote from 13.1 though.
CM Dates; CM Pending; CM DraftsI meant 11.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Image from 11, quote from 13.1?
CM Dates; CM Pending; CM DraftsSounds like a plan.
Check out my fanfiction!Sure. Do we have a consensus at this point?

You've got roaming bands of armed, aggressive, tyrannical plumbers coming to your door, saying "Use our service, or else!"11 is too small to me, and I think we're in agreement 9 is too big. Since we seem to have settled on that image regardless, I'm taking a stab at something in the middle, using Duck's proposed 275px wide:
Moon◊
I don't understand the claim that it's small, it's about the same size as a 350-pixel wide 16x9 image.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.
We talked about this image◊ in the Monster clean-up thread as a possible page image for the Monster.Stephen King subpage.
It's promo art of King's seminal bad guy Randall Flag for the Marvel comics series of The Stand. He looks suitably evil, almost demonic even, and standing on the skulls of his victims.
