- The 2D artwork is for everyone's Character Stories (read: arcade mode 
).
- In the summer, a free update will include a more proper story mode, complete with fully rendered cutscenes.
- As far as the series' timeline, SFV is now officially between SFIV and SFIII.
Additionally, one more beta will commence on January 30th.

Urien and Chun Li in 3 pretty much confirmed that Shadaloo and Bison are gone by the time of SF 3 cause Chun Li has moved on to non Shadaloo assignments -Her main motivation being the complete toppling of the regime-
This has Bison's last Dance WRITTEN all over it.
His Leaked Costume... has Final Boss written all over it -and it shows him in the state of decay as his pyscho power overwhelms his body- He is visibly aging.. We keep getting that Teased No really i'm dying soon guys I swear plot.

In Alpha 2 Bisons ending had him capture Ryu, come Alpha 3 he's brainwashed into fighting all the people he cares about and strapped him into a machine that harnessed his satsu no hadou, that not only powered Bison to a ridiculous degree that he's never been able to match since, but could be channeled into a weapon that leveled entire cities.

It's in the bad ending only, which is very, very, very easy to get.

Especially if you're playing the Arcade Version, where losing once to Bison, ONCE, immediately gives you the bad ending and ends the Arcade run. Final Bison, his boss mode, is an extremely mobile, absurdly sturdy and damaging asshole with one of the strongest Supers in the game.
The subsequent ports changed it so that you can continue against him.

Also Rob, you should look into Street Fighter Alpha 3. It's a great game.
I think they only did it in the arcade version to guzzle your credits.
Also in ports you can still see the bad ending by not continuing and letting the time run out in the Bison fight. Or alternatively, playing AS Bison and defeating his final boss.
