Part of me hopes they kill off the whole squad except Harley. The premise always begs for the cast to change constantly, but recent comics haven't gone as far with it as I'd like. Each movie should have Harley with a whole new squad.

Even Deadshot doesn't seem safe to me. He's the guy you kill off because the audience thinks he's safe, and then you don't need to worry about paying Will Smith's salary in the sequel.

I'm also in favor of the "Croc is Batman in disguise" theory. [lol]

I wonder if they'll reveal who Scott Eastwood is playing before the movie comes out. Right now the big fan theory is that he's playing Agent Grayson.

[up]Most theories I have seen are Agent Grayson or a young Slade Wilson. I'm leaning towards the first one.

Captain Boomerang surviving probably depends on how humorous he is. If he's the movie's lovable supposedly pathetic "good guy" asshole, he'll probably survive. If he gets more serious as the movie goes on, he'll probably die.

At least one big(ger) name will probably die. It's probably not going to be Deadshot or Harley, though.

Scott Eastwood as Dick Grayson? Uh....pass.

I mean, the guy looks good, don't get me wrong, but how good of an actor is he?

Joker and Harley aren't going to die, that's about all I can see being true.

Even then they could have Joker crash into a building and explode only to have him appear in the next movie just like the comics

Deadshot will survive the movie, but he'll die offscreen by the time the next movie comes out. Again.

The latest trailer made me do a 180 on this movie and I'm now pure hype.

Also, I think Boomerang should survive if only for his random-open-a-can-of-beer moment.

[up]That and, well, he hasn't fought the Flash onscreen yet. Granted, without power creep in this universe it'd be a short fight, but still.....

Honestly, Boomerang seems like kind of a worthless creep in this movie.

I hope he dies.

I haven't read any Flash comics. Could someone who's a fan explain to me how Captain Boomerang even has a chance against that guy?

Still a great "screw depression" song even after seven years.

Boomerang's whole bit is being a worthless creep who always makes it out okay (albeit with a sucky life) somehow.

He's also a classic Rogue, though who knows if DC's even going to use the Rogues in the Flash movies. Knowing how they've been doing this so far, they might just go "strongest, flashiest villains only" with all their big hero solo movies.

Boomerang has a whole bunch of trick boomerangs(he once built one capable of traveling into space so he could launch Flash with it).

Well, he did die in Identity Crisis, but then his son became the new Captain Boomerang, but then his son died and he came back to life in Blackest Night. Comics!

Super-nerd filmmaker extraordinaire Kevin Smith's daughter got Harley's baseball bat from the movie.

Why is this meaningful or relevant? It's because Kevin Smith's daughter's name is Harley Quinn.

[up][up]That's so cool and sweet. People give Kevin Smith a lot of flack but the dude has a giant heart when it comes to nerd culture.

Between stuff like that, the cast tattoos, and Jared Leto giving everyone creepy gifts, the behind the scenes story of this movie is probably just as interesting as the actual movie will be. It makes the whole thing just so much more accessible and down to earth compared to Bv S.

Me too. I'd barely been watching anything of this movie until I heard Bohemian Rhapsody being used for the new trailer. I'm now here in this thread, and I even went back and finally watched the previous Comicon trailer.

Seriously though, that Trailer is doing for this movie what Hooked On a Feeling did for Guardians Of The Galaxy, which is that it's goes so well with the movie.

I hope this works out.
